By participating in the Erth Inventions project, you agree to the following terms:
Participation in this project is voluntary. There is no guaranteed financial compensation at this stage.
Any work submitted (including writing, designs, concepts, audio, or other materials) may be used, modified, or integrated into the Erth Inventions project.
Contributors will be credited for their work where applicable. However, all intellectual property related to Erth Inventions — including its story, characters, and world — remains under the project.
Contributors may include their work in personal portfolios but may not claim ownership over the project’s intellectual property.
The project may utilize AI-assisted tools in certain stages of production. All final creative direction and decisions remain human-led.
Contributors are expected to:
Failure to contribute or repeated inactivity may result in removal from the project.
Participants may leave the project at any time. Previously submitted work may still be used within the project.
If the project reaches distribution or generates revenue, compensation structures may be introduced. No guarantees are made at this stage.
Any personal information submitted (such as name or contact details) will only be used for communication related to the project.
